Post Mann's Christmas from Mr. Moore

LaMont received a box a bit before Christmas from our great friend Tad Moore. On it was written to be opened when LaMont, Pop, and I were together. So yesterday we three played Trilogy together and got to open the package at the conclusion. In it were three TM-4 hand-mades, all hand stamped for each of us as Christmas '09 with our names. They each have a different neck design, each with champagne snow on the flange, Pop's has "POP" hidden in all of the "0"s, super cool !!
Thank you verrrry much Mr. Moore !!!

I can hear the wheels turning inside the Mann Bros. heads as they concoct a wild refinishing scheme for those heads!

All three will be finished differently. I think Pop is settling on dark gray polymer, not sure of his ideas for paint fill. I'm kicking around a few different twists. Any ideas...? I'm considering copper torched, gun blue polymer, possibly sending it to Kevin at PutterPlating.com for his funky colored newest finish. You know me pondering a-plenty...
Here's Pop's Snow, cool !!

I told Pop, "welcome to the world of having super cool putters, that you can't sell" !! LOL!! I plan on gaming mine, which is a consideration in the finish. Any input on what would be a cool finish is appreciated. Thanks !

Red for the neck, green for the head, and gold paintfill to give it the full "Christmas" effect. And if at all possible, give the whole thing a shiny chromed look. :yup:

Morgan, what a sweet Christmas gift, I do not know who does this certain flame finish, it may be BOS but I am not sure, but I have this finish on a custom C&L that is the sickest blue torch I have seen on any of my "flamed aka torched putters", pictures do this putter no justice, yet I know you are gonna game yours and this one I own has never touched a golfball and probably won't since it has my kids names and birthdates and etc stamped into it........a sick oilcan or something would be a good gamer finish!

To say the least, we were all blown away when we opened that box. It hasn't been all that long ago that Tad Moore's TM-4's were bringing some great loot on the collector's scene.
This trio will be treasured and I'd bet that at least two of them will get a fair amount of gaming.
I am still going through finishes in my mind and who knows when I'll have a chance to work on it. When the finish is decided upon, I'm betting that it won't be something that you see, every day.
Thanks to Tad, sooooooooooooooooooo much for thinking of the Mann Boyz at Christmas time, 2009!

Thanks Chris...One of the other dumb a$$ mods hacked into my signature and gave me the "Hollywood Handicap"...so I'm guessing they may have done that too. :rofl2:
